Ceramic Knives with Serrated Edges Now Available from URI

Universal Relations Incorporated (URI) has announced the introduction of their new line of serrated edge ceramic blade knives ahead of the 2004 Gourmet Products Show in San Francisco, California.

 

URI Eagle has added two new serrated edge models of ceramic knives to their 2004 lineup.  The first is called the Tomato Knife.  This model has a serrated 4.5” blade made of Zirconium Oxide.  It is perfect for expertly slicing even the ripest tomato.

 

The second serrated ceramic knife model is called the Bagel Knife.  This model has a thick heavy duty serrated 6” blade made of Zirconium Oxide.  It is perfect for cutting bagels or heavy crust breads with ease.

 

Both knives have white blades and are fitted with black ABS handles.  These two URI Eagle knives are sold in individually designed sturdy, felt-lined linen boxes.
